reservation: in order to make a reservation, the total payment is required latest to the last day of free cancellation possibility with the help of a paymentlink, we will send with the booking confirmation.

the provided rates are recommended rates and can vary. the room will be fully charged in case of late arrival or early departure.

cancellations

  • 3 months before arrival - no cancellation fee
  • 3 months to 1 month before arrival - 50% of the total amount
  • 1 month to 1 week - 70% of the total amount
  • less then 1 week or no show - 100% of the total amount


these cancellation fees apply without exception to all cancellations! we are entitled to charge the respective cancellation fee from your credit card. in case of a re-transfer, there is a 5% handling fee. therefore we recommend our guests to consider a travel cancellation insurance.

european insurance:
